Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Associated Behavioral Health Services. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals of all ages, from children to adults, with various mental health concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual, couples, and/or group therapy sessions to address clients' mental health needs.
  • Administer assessments and evaluations to gather comprehensive client information.
  • Diagnose mental health disorders based on observations and assessments.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address clients' needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
  • Provide crisis intervention and emergency counseling when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Requirements:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Current state license to practice as a Psychotherapist or eligibility for licensure.
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and a wide range of mental health conditions.
  • Active malpractice insurance during active practicing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records systems.
