We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Child/Adolescent Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health in Annapolis, MD.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with children and adolescents, providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy via a hybrid of in-person and tele-health services. As a Child/Adolescent Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating mental health diagnoses, implementing treatment plans, and maintaining ongoing documentation using company platforms and EHR.
Key Responsibilities- Provide therapy services to children and adolescents, ages 5-17 years old, and their families
- Engage and include parents or guardians in child's treatment and planning
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans
- Maintain ongoing documentation using company platforms and EHR
- Manage a caseload of 25 or more client sessions per week
- Work late afternoon and evenings, with flexibility to work weekend days
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure effective and quality care
- Masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Must have one of the following licensed mental health professional credentials (LGPC, LCSW, LGPC, LCPC, LMFT, etc) in the state of Maryland
- Maintain professional licensure in accordance with your state licensing board
