Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Olson Superior Plumbing. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for coordinating service deliveries, managing customer interactions, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate service deliveries with clients and technicians.
  • Manage customer interactions and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Ensure that all service deliveries are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Communicate with clients to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven history of exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Doc, Google Sheets, Gmail).
  • CMS experience preferred.
