Field Operations Coordinator

We are a leading provider of service and repair for water heating equipment, water treatment, and plumbing in California and Arizona.
We are currently seeking a skilled Field Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will act as a liaison between clients and field technicians, manage large amounts of incoming calls, and provide quick services to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Take all incoming emergency service calls from customers and issue Purchase Orders to technicians for necessary parts.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Prepare proposals for future jobs for the clients.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents within company software.
- Communicate consistently with customers on job status and arrival times.
- Communicate with technicians about current and upcoming jobs, checking in on-site and off-site.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Perform detailed work and accurate communication at all times.
- Strong communication level with clients, technicians, and management team members.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of prior service dispatching experience or proven customer support experience.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Good organization skills.
- Proactive and detailed work habits.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters & situations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school degree.
- $23.00 - $28.00 per hour salary.
