We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate at Planet Fitness. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a welcoming and judgement-free environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Member Services: Greet members and guests, assist with check-in, and provide information on club services and amenities.
  • Customer Support: Resolve member concerns, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Membership Management: Process membership sign-ups, updates, and cancellations, as well as collect unpaid balances and transfer memberships.
  • Club Maintenance: Perform regular cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities, including communal spaces and assigned areas.
  • Facility Management: Address maintenance and facility concerns, such as broken equipment and cleanliness issues.
Requirements:
  • 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Willingness to become CPR/AED certified
  • Basic computer proficiency
