The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically within multifamily residential development.
The Senior Project Superintendent will oversee the comprehensive administrative and technical management of a multifamily construction project. A deep understanding of construction processes, including technology, equipment, methodologies, engineering principles, cost management, scheduling, and safety protocols is essential.
- Extensive experience in wood framing is required, preferably in multi-family projects. Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting specifications, managing personnel, and clear communication is crucial.
- Familiarity with construction project management software is necessary.
- Completion of OSHA 10-hour safety training and first aid/CPR certification is mandatory.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, along with a willingness to learn and work both independently and collaboratively.
Work Environment: The role involves working in an on-site construction office and an active construction environment.
