Job Title: Helpdesk Coordinator

At Jatca, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team. As a Helpdesk Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and providing top-notch support to our end users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fielding Help Requests: Respond to and resolve help requests from end users in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using diagnostic tools and software updates.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of help requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers and engineers to understand printing requirements and operate and maintain 3D printers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field from a 2-year college or technical school.
  • Experience: 1 year of related experience and/or training/education.
Competencies:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnostic tools, software updates, and 3D printing technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with end users and team members.
