Job Summary

The IT Assistant will provide technical support and assistance to internal clients, performing hands-on helpdesk and desktop support, and providing top-shelf customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and assistance for future IT projects
  • Coordinate efforts with 3rd party IT resources for local support outside Los Angeles
  • Deploy and configure desktop computers, laptops and cell phones
  • Manage and support all audio/visual equipment
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by corporate management

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • California Driver's license and be insurable
  • A+ Certification (901/902 series or later)
  • Experience managing Microsoft Office & Office 365
  • 2-3 Years of experience in IT Helpdesk
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange and Outlook environments
  • Experience supporting remote access over broadband and Splashtop
  • Experience deploying and managing Wireless Access Points
  • Experience in managing and supporting audio/visual equipment
  • Experience managing Windows 7 & Windows 8(.1), iOS, and Mac OS X (Bootcamped environment)
