Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all facets of employment litigation independently
  • Conduct thorough case evaluations and develop strategic approaches
  • Oversee financial planning and management of cases
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients and colleagues
  • Draft and respond to legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, with a focus on E-discovery
  • Represent clients at depositions, hearings, motions, and mediation sessions
  • Prepare for and engage in trial proceedings
  • Provide legal counsel on various employment-related matters

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant litigation experience
  • Active membership and good standing with the California Bar
  • Strong proficiency in legal writing and effective communication
  • Excellent research skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities, fostering collaboration within a team setting
  • Proven track record of managing litigation timelines, multiple clients, and complex legal issues efficiently
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and proactive case oversight
