About the Role:
Abramson Labor Group is seeking a highly motivated and well-qualified Associate Attorney to join our team in Burbank, CA.
Responsibilities:
As an Associate Attorney, you will report directly to an assigned Senior Associate and be supported substantively and administratively by a large team of paralegals and support staff.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Managing a docket of cases to resolution
* Conducting depositions
* Negotiating settlements and moving matters towards resolution
* Providing direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed
* Bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorneys by example
Requirements:
* Comfortable with fast-paced work environments
* Doctors' deposition experience (preferred)
* Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
