Senior Salesperson for G-Net Construction Corp / VSN Architecture, PC
Introduction:G-Net Construction Corp / VSN Architecture, PC, a well-established general contractor / Architecture firm serving the five boroughs of New York City, has been at the forefront of building construction for over 65 years. Our companies specialize in working with nonprofit organizations, group homes, medical facilities, nursing homes, religious facilities and early education centers.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Salesperson to lead our sales department. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to contribute to our growth and success in the industry.
Responsibilities:
  •  Take charge of the entire sales department, driving the company’s sales strategy and initiatives.
  • Review and act on project leads from our subscriptions on a daily basis, ensuring alignment with company criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with the estimating team to pursue projects suitable for G-Net Construction Corp / VSN Architecture, PC.
  • Work with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Follow up on marketing initiatives, ensuring leads are nurtured and potential clients are engaged.
  • Perform cold calling and outreach to both existing and new sectors of potential work.
  • Conduct initial in-person introductions and meetings with prospective clients to build strong relationships.
  • . Traveling to trade shows, demonstrating our services to customers, and prospecting for new customers

Skill Set:
  • Extensive experience in sales within the construction industry, preferably at a senior level.
  • Strong background in construction, with a deep understanding of industry standards and practices.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team, driving results and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and pursue growth opportunities.

Must Haves:
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • An existing contact list of potential clients within the construction industry.
  • Strong references demonstrating a successful background in sales and construction.
  • A desire for long-term growth within the company, not just seeking a job but a career opportunity.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
