Fragrance Development Opportunities

At Syntricate Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fragrance Development Chemist to join our team. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for the development and testing of new fragrances, as well as the maintenance of our internal fragrance library. Your expertise in fragrance development and testing will be invaluable in helping us to create innovative and high-quality products for our customers.

Main Responsibilities:
Develop and test new fragrances for various product lines
Maintain and update our internal fragrance library
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development
Conduct fragrance evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in fragrance development and testing
Strong knowledge of fragrance chemistry and testing methods
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
