About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our Business Development team in the US. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing our business in the US and Canada market by sourcing, qualifying, pitching to, and closing new business opportunities.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will use your extensive product knowledge to determine how we can best serve any prospect we are speaking to, showcase Spektrix to the prospect, and convince them of the value of working with us, provided they are a good fit.

You will work closely with all other members of the Business Development team and collaborate regularly across departments, particularly with the Marketing/Comms and Implementation Teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring high-impact, good fit, strategic prospect opportunities are choosing Spektrix as their preferred solution.
  • Ensuring high-quality demonstrations of the Spektrix platform to prospect organizations, as assigned.
  • Ensuring your knowledge of the Spektrix system, integrations, partner products, implementation capability, and best practice across the client base are consistently enhanced.
  • Ensuring high-quality and on-time coordination and submission of RFPs on which you lead.
  • Ensuring new clients, where involved, are handed over smoothly to implementation, setting them up for success in the long term.
  • Ensuring all sales activity that you conduct (including prospect communications, insights, contact details, and contractual arrangements) is diligently recorded in our prospect management database (HubSpot).

  • Background, experience, or strong interest in the arts or cultural sector desired.
