Position Overview

Bill Pancake - State Farm Agent is in search of a dedicated professional for the role of Insurance Staff Position. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and friendly service to clients, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, policy modifications, claims, and billing.

  • Generate leads, organize meetings, assess client needs, and promote suitable insurance offerings.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving success on a daily basis.
Compensation and Benefits

Qualifications
  • Prior sales experience is preferred, whether in retail, telemarketing, or direct sales.
  • A proven history of achieving sales targets is advantageous.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for the role that insurance and financial products play in helping individuals manage risks and achieve their aspirations.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in various computer applications, especially Windows.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Capability to conduct effective client interviews and present information clearly.
  • Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are preferred.
  • Possession of current Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses is required.
  • Completion of courses on ethical and customer-focused sales practices will be necessary.
