Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programs and interventions to attract, retain, and develop diverse talent, eliminate hidden barriers to success, and foster inclusive leadership.
  • Collaborate with business unit and department leaders to design and execute strategies aligned with firmwide talent initiatives.
  • Supervise, train, and develop junior DEI professionals.
  • Manage and align affinity and resource group strategies with the broader DEI strategy.
  • Support effective management of the DEI calendar of programming and events, and relevant budgets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Juris Doctor or Master's Degree in business administration, leadership, and organizational development preferred.

  • Experience managing individuals, providing guidance, feedback, and support for professional development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, inclusive leadership style, strategic and innovative thinking, persuasion and influencing skills, executive presence, and ability to build enthusiasm and commitment.
