About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Cash Handling: Maintain a balanced cash drawer and accurately process monetary transactions in a timely fashion.
  • Product Promotion: Promote Towne Family of Companies' products and services to customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: One year of cash handling and customer service experience, or six months of bank teller experience.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, and experience using bank software programs.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, adaptability, and a strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, use arms and legs, and sit most of the time.
  • Vision Requirements: Close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation.
