Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Centralized Sterile Technician to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a Centralized Sterile Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care by maintaining a clean and sterile environment for medical equipment and instruments.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and sterilize medical equipment and instruments according to established protocols
  • Maintain accurate records of sterilization and inventory management
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of Central Service Technician course of study or equivalent experience
  • Central Service Certification or commitment to obtain within one year of hire
  • Minimum one year of related experience preferred
