  • Operations and Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant, including facilities, equipment, and supplies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume, upscale concept.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Strong financial management and analytical skills, with the ability to drive business growth and profitability. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: ServSafe Food and Alcohol certification, Wine knowledge and sommelier certification.
  • Education: Formal business education or a restaurant management degree.

Physical Demands:

  • Work Environment: Typical shift is 10-12 hours, with the ability to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift, handle, and carry food, smallwares, equipment, supplies, and paper goods at a minimum of 50 pounds constantly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
