About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging individual to fill the role of Host(ess) and Food & Beverage Supervisor at our esteemed hotel. This position combines the duties of a host(ess) in our lounge with those of a food and beverage supervisor. Key Responsibilities:

Guest Relations:

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests.
  • Manage reservations and optimize seating arrangements.
  • Offer personalized recommendations and address guest inquiries.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly resolving any issues.
  • Utilize various tools to enhance the guest experience.

Food & Beverage Oversight:

  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with supply orders.

  • Assist in menu planning and updates.

Communication Duties:

  • Act as a liaison between guests and management.
  • Convey guest preferences and special requests to relevant departments.

Administrative Responsibilities:
