Job Summary:

The Nursery Lead is a key role within our cultivation team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery room, including plant care, feeding, and maintenance. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plant Care and Maintenance: Oversee the daily care of plants, including watering, pruning, and fertilization.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including irrigation systems and climate control systems.
  • Clone Production: Assist with the production of clones, including cutting and rooting.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all plants meet quality standards, including visual inspection and testing.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the cultivation team, including the cultivation manager and other nursery staff.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of plant care, maintenance, and production.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
