Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your duties will include:

  • Preparing for clinic visits by reviewing patient information and completing necessary pre-visit tasks.
  • Managing patient check-in procedures, ensuring accurate demographic data entry.
  • Collecting co-payments and managing financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinating laboratory and procedural requests as needed.

Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and data entry capabilities.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and professional telephone etiquette.

Education and Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a healthcare environment.
