Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Findicia. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and systems that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems using industry best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical solutions.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Code Review: Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and debug software issues in a timely manner.
  • Technology Staying Up-to-Date: Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in software development.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and train junior team members.
  • Software Development Life Cycle: Participate in the software development life cycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure software quality and performance by conducting thorough testing and optimization.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve and optimize existing software systems and processes.
  • Communication: Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
  • Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
  • Front-end Development: Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Database Design: Experience with database design and SQL.
  • Software Development Methodologies: Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Problem-solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Agile Development: Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Cloud Technologies: Knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
