Software Engineer for Internet of Things

Findicia is seeking a skilled Software Engineer for Internet of Things to develop and maintain software solutions for our client's IOT products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for IOT products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications
  • Develop and implement software applications for IOT devices
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices are followed
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in IOT development
  • Participate in the entire software development life cycle, from concept to deployment
  • Document software designs, processes, and procedures
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, preferably in IOT
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as C++, Java, or Python
  • Experience with IOT platforms and protocols such as MQTT, CoAP, or Zigbee
  • Familiarity with cloud computing and data analytics
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with Agile development is a plus
  • Passion for emerging technologies and a desire to continuously learn and improve
