- Experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale, complex software applications.
- Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: unit, regression, integration, and stress performance testing.
- Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry: compliance, regulatory, or legal operations.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams.
- Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Advanced problem-solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to identify, plan, and document system solutions that are cost-effective and meet regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations.
