Requirements:
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 5+ years of C# programming and.NET Framework experience.
  • 5+ years of MS SQL server experience.
  • 5+ years of.NET Core experience.
  • 5+ years of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) experience, or a combination of both.
  • 5+ years of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • 5+ years of Agile experience.
Desired Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Python programming experience.
  • Prior experience with Wells Fargo systems.

  • Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry: compliance, regulatory, or legal operations.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams.
  • Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Advanced problem-solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to identify, plan, and document system solutions that are cost-effective and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations.
