We are seeking a motivated, Bilingual (Spanish) skilled Medical Assistant to join our team in a dual-role position. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of both the front and back office functions of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and manage patient inquiries
  • Maintain electronic medical records accurately and confidentially
  • Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
  • Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical instruments
  • Perform vital sign measurements and record patient information
  • Provide patient education and support as needed
  • Collaborate effectively with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a medical assistant program preferred
  • Previous experience working in a medical office setting is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
  • CPR certification is a plus
