This key role involves leading a team of Production Supervisors and collaborating to meet overall operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate strategic manufacturing plans to achieve financial targets
  • Coordinate efforts across all production departments to align with facility objectives
  • Establish standard operating procedures for manufacturing workflows
  • Ensure production capacity aligns with sales volume requirements
  • Oversee annual operating budget and track performance indicators
  • Enhance the quality and efficiency of plant assets
  • Advance technical and managerial skills within the facility
  • Set performance benchmarks for supervisors and implement enhancement strategies
  • Create efficient work schedules to fulfill customer demands and production goals
  • Collaborate with Procurement to establish quality criteria for raw materials
  • Lead projects for product and process development in conjunction with Quality/R&D
  • Manage inventory of non-conforming materials and product reprocessing
  • Maintain formulation data systems and update product recipes
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of leadership experience in a food-grade manufacturing environment
  • Experience in dairy processing, evaporators, and/or drying technologies
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in manufacturing operations and business management software
  • Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
  • Previous supervisory experience is essential
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Willingness to work night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule from 6pm to 6am
