About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Rollins. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residential and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer high-volume inbound customer service calls with a friendly and professional greeting
  • Perform outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding account balances
  • Receive payments from past-due customers
  • Reschedule appointments at customers' request
  • Utilize strong listening skills and probing questions to identify customers' concerns and evaluate their needs
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve quality assurance goals
