  • Develop and execute a partner planning strategy to achieve yearly business goals for cloud solutions.
  • Identify and recruit high-quality, high-growth partners in Singapore, and formulate expansion plans to drive business growth.
  • Support the development and cultivation of localized channels, ensuring local coverage and customer discovery.
  • Implement systematic empowerment programs for partners, including policies, products, and solutions, to enhance their sales and service capabilities.
  • Manage partner processes and conflicts, ensuring timely resolution and partner satisfaction.
  • Formulate incentive policies and provide feedback to protect the rights and interests of partners.
  • Focus on partner satisfaction, responding promptly to partners' reasonable demands and making quick decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of sales experience in channel/partner sales within the technology sector.
  • Experience in cloud solutions and managing multiple partners in Singapore.
  • Ability to recruit new partners and manage existing ones.
