Job Description and Duties

This position offers a hybrid telework opportunity, requiring employees to work in-person at least two days per week.

Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager III (Fiscal Officer), the Staff Services Manager II (Business Operations Manager) is responsible for overseeing all budget duties for the Department of Human Resources, including the State Personnel Board and the California Citizens Compensation Commission. The Business Operations Manager also oversees functions of the Business Services and Contracts units, and the data function of the Administrative Services Division.

Key Responsibilities
