Leadership Duties:

Required Qualifications

    • High school diploma is mandatory; an associate or bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
    • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a restaurant or similar retail customer service environment.
    • Possession of a valid driver's license and proof of adequate car insurance.
    • Basic proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and general POS systems).
    • Familiarity with OSHA, EEOC, and other federal and state regulations.
    • ServSafe Certification is required.
    • A personal passion for health and fitness is advantageous.
