- Answer questions about services, pricing, and scheduling
- Schedule service appointments for RV maintenance and repairs
- Manage the service calendar to optimize workflow
- Confirm and remind customers of upcoming appointments
- Answer incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate department
- Follow up with customers regarding service updates or issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and service history
- Process paperwork for service orders, including invoicing and payments
- Assist in inventory management for parts and supplies
- Communicate customer needs and service requests to the service team
- Keep customers informed about the status of their RV service

- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
