Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere
  • Answer questions about services, pricing, and scheduling
  • Schedule service appointments for RV maintenance and repairs
  • Manage the service calendar to optimize workflow
  • Confirm and remind customers of upcoming appointments
  • Answer incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate department
  • Follow up with customers regarding service updates or issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information and service history
  • Process paperwork for service orders, including invoicing and payments
  • Assist in inventory management for parts and supplies
  • Communicate customer needs and service requests to the service team
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their RV service
Requirements
  • Positive, out-going personality
  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work with a variety of RV clients and prospective customers
  • Ability to handle and process deposit payments for RV purchases
  • Opportunity for advancement within the organization for a motivated individual
  • Ability to work until 8 pm depending on store schedule
  • Some weekend schedules may be required
