Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lifestyle Bartender to join our team at the Princeton Marriott at Forrestal. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating a memorable atmosphere in our bar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative cocktail menus and promotions to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to create innovative food and beverage pairings
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to high standards of quality and safety
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to enhance the guest experience
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Knowledge of mixology principles and techniques, with a passion for creating unique and delicious cocktails
