Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lifestyle Bartender to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing top-notch service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and service standards to provide expert recommendations and advice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience in a hospitality or service-oriented role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
