Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Lifestyle Mixologist to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by crafting unique and memorable drinks, while providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative drink menus that showcase local flavors and trends
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued
  • Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to anticipate and meet the needs of our guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and safety protocols
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move around the workspace
