We are seeking a skilled Lifestyle Bartender to join our team at the Princeton Marriott at Forrestal. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating a memorable atmosphere in our bar.

• Develop and implement creative drink menus and promotions to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and memorable
• Work collaboratively with the hotel team to anticipate and meet guest needs, ensuring seamless service delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to high standards of quality and safety
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to enhance the guest experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move around the bar area
