Our facility features 12 state-of-the-art operating rooms, where we conduct a variety of surgical procedures, including general surgery, orthopedics, OBGYN, urology, vascular, neuro/spine, robotics, cardiothoracic, ENT, and plastic surgeries. The Pineville Operating Room is renowned for its collaborative environment, emphasizing teamwork and a positive workplace culture.
Position Summary
The RN Clinical Nurse I is responsible for delivering professional nursing care through comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation, in alignment with facility policies and protocols under the guidance of nursing leadership. This role involves maintaining a safe work environment and executing all job responsibilities with safety as a priority. The RN is expected to uphold clinical and professional competency relevant to the patient population served.

Physical Requirements
This role necessitates the ability to walk, stand, sit, lift, reach, stoop, bend, push, and pull. Candidates must be capable of lifting and supporting weights up to 35 pounds, including patients and medical equipment. Proficiency in English communication is required. The role demands intact sensory functions, including sight, hearing, smell, and touch, as well as finger dexterity and critical thinking skills. Quick responsiveness to changes in patient conditions is essential. Physical abilities testing is a prerequisite.
Qualifications
Applicants must be graduates of an accredited School of Nursing, with a BSN preferred. Current Basic Life Support certification is required per policy guidelines. A valid RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state of practice is mandatory. For those in National License Compact (NLC) states, adherence to home state licensure requirements is essential.
