Position Overview

What You'll Be Responsible For: We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Security-Cleared Technical Recruiter to become a vital part of our mission-oriented team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, with a primary focus on identifying and attracting cleared IT professionals. Your proficiency in sourcing and engaging cleared candidates will be essential in fulfilling our clients' critical staffing requirements.

Key Duties:

  • Comprehensive Cleared Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process for cleared candidates from initial sourcing to final submission, ensuring candidates align well with our clients' cultural and technical expectations across DoD, IC, and commercial sectors.
  • Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Design and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier IT talent, utilizing various online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with cleared candidates, maintaining consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients, hiring managers, and stakeholders to comprehend specific talent requirements, offering expert guidance on navigating the complexities of the cleared talent landscape.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage recruitment analytics to provide meaningful updates on staffing progress and hiring outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Cultural Alignment: Foster a collaborative and mission-centric environment, ensuring that all recruitment efforts reflect our core values and strategic goals.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a full-cycle GOVCON Technical Recruiter.
  • At least 3 years of experience with various clearance levels including Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph, Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information with Counterintelligence Polygraph, and others.
  • Familiarity with recruiting in the cleared IT sector, including roles such as Engineers, Developers, Architects, Data Scientists, IT, and Cyber Security professionals.
  • Ability to consistently engage with 100 cleared candidates daily through various communication methods, conduct 10-15 candidate screenings weekly, and submit 3-5 cleared candidates to clients each week.
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, competitive recruitment environment, particularly within the Cleared, DoD, IC, and Commercial sectors.
  • Exceptional sourcing capabilities, with a knack for creatively networking and identifying high-quality cleared candidates.
  • Experience with an ATS system, specifically JazzHR/AgileATS.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite Applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to provide staffing analytics and updates to management.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • A solid understanding of the military community, whether as a veteran, military spouse, or advocate.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting for Healthcare positions, particularly in Nursing and Allied Health.
  • Background in agency recruiting, especially within IT and Healthcare.
  • Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methods.
  • A proactive, organized, and positive approach with a strong work ethic and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in or familiarity with the dynamics of a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Enthusiasm for seizing unexpected client opportunities that foster organizational growth.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, OFCCP, and EEO regulations, as well as standard HR practices, is strongly preferred.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: Ranges from $18,000-$36,000, to be discussed during the screening process.
  • +++UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS

Work Environment:

  • Normal business hours, Monday to Friday, EST.
  • This position is remote.
  • Involves prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and engaging in phone conversations.
  • Routine video conferences where business casual attire is expected.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
