Position Summary: We are on the lookout for an experienced Security Cleared Technical Recruiter to become a vital part of our dedicated team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and securing cleared IT professionals. Your proficiency in identifying and recruiting cleared candidates will be essential in fulfilling our clients' critical staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Cleared Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process for cleared positions, from candidate sourcing to submission, ensuring alignment with our clients' cultural and technical requirements in the DoD, IC, and commercial sectors.
  • Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier IT talent, utilizing online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of cleared candidates, ensuring ongoing communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with clients, hiring managers, and stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of their unique talent needs, offering expert guidance on navigating the complexities of the cleared talent market.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage recruitment analytics to provide regular updates on staffing progress and outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Cultural Alignment: Foster a collaborative and mission-oriented culture, ensuring that all recruitment activities reflect our core values and strategic goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience as a full-life-cycle GOVCON Technical Recruiter.
  • At least 3 years of experience with various clearance levels, including Top Secret/SCI and others.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting within the cleared IT sector, including roles such as Engineers, Developers, and Cyber Security professionals.
  • Proven ability to source and engage with a high volume of cleared candidates daily, conduct candidate screenings, and submit qualified candidates to clients.
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced recruitment environment, particularly within the Cleared, DoD, IC, and Commercial sectors.
  • Exceptional sourcing capabilities, with a knack for creatively networking to identify high-quality cleared candidates.
  • Experience with an ATS system, preferably JazzHR/AgileATS.
  • Proficient in Google Suite Applications.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • A solid understanding of the military community, whether as a veteran, military spouse, or advocate.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting for Healthcare roles, particularly in Nursing and Allied Health.
  • Agency recruiting experience in IT and Healthcare.
  • Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search.
  • A proactive and organized approach with a strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with the dynamics of a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices is preferred.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: Ranges from $18,000-$36,000, to be discussed during the screening process.
  • Uncapped commission structure.

Work Environment:

  • Normal business hours, Monday to Friday, EST.
  • Remote position.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
  • Routine video conferences requiring business casual attire.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
