Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial proposal development to final delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and technical specifications while maintaining strong client communication.
  • Provide expert technical oversight and review design documents, calculations, and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve design-related issues.
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary project team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop project scopes and fee estimates, contributing to the preparation of technical proposals and contracts.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring project deliverables meet their expectations.
  • Conduct technical tasks including analysis, design, and specification production for assigned projects.
  • Implement HNTB's project delivery strategies, leading the development and execution of project management plans.
  • Supervise and mentor project staff, fostering their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of successful project management experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Proficiency in risk management and change management processes.
  • Professional certifications such as PE, AICP, or PMP are advantageous.
