Job Summary

VIGILINT is a premier provider of international health protection services, offering advisory, logistics, medical operations, and crisis management services to high-net-worth individuals, Fortune 500 companies, and government clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Telemedicine Operations: Manage VIGILINT's mission-critical telemedicine operations during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures.
  • Crisis Support: Provide real-time crisis support for travelers, including the authority to execute medical transportation in conjunction with vendors.
  • International Health Protection: Manage VIGILINT's International Health Protection program during assigned shifts, including mission-critical information gathering, analysis, and intelligence distribution.
  • Communication and Coordination: Maintain effective communication with team members, interns, and contractors to execute work related to assigned functional areas of responsibility.
Requirements
  • Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Process Execution: Ability to retain and execute established processes with minimal guidance from management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with exceptional listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Diplomatic interpersonal skills and strong analytic ability.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to exercise VIGILINT's core values.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Call Center Experience: Previous experience in a call center and/or medical practice.
  • Epic Experience: Prior experience with Epic.
