Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Area Director to lead our operations in the community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direction, leadership, and supervision to our professional and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to individuals we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the area business unit, review financial statements, and ensure compliance with billing and documentation requirements.
  • Operations Management: Provide direction and leadership to staff to ensure the delivery of quality services, manage day-to-day operations, and implement area core growth strategies to increase census and occupancy percentages.
  • Relationship Building: Foster relationships with case managers, referral agents, local legislators, and government officials to advocate for the needs of individuals we serve.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement area strategies to maintain and foster relations with individuals served, mentors, families, and guardians.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and three to six years of related experience with significant management experience in the human services industry.
  • Master's degree in Human Services or other education and experience as required by state.
  • Licensure as required by state.
  • Strong leadership qualities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills to manage relationships.
  • A commitment to quality in everything you do.
