Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students' physical requirements and create tailored therapy strategies.
  • Deliver hands-on therapy to enhance motor skills, strength, and coordination.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and school personnel to achieve students' physical and functional objectives.
  • Track and document student advancements, modifying therapy plans as necessary.
  • Engage in IEP discussions and assist in formulating educational targets.

Required Qualifications:

  • Doctoral or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
  • Experience with pediatric populations, ideally in an educational context.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
