Senior Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly experienced Physical Therapist to lead our new Pediatric PT Clinic in Weymouth, MA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric physical therapy and leadership skills to develop and implement quality improvement programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical expertise, professional knowledge, and skills through participation and leadership in professional organizations, attendance at conferences, and continuing education programs.
- Lead and/or participate in patient care rounds, team meetings, and departmental or hospital-based interdisciplinary committees.
- Provide leadership and supervision to Physical Therapy staff within the area of responsibility.
- Develop and implement quality improvement programs for the area of responsibility.
- Assist the Director/Manager in departmental policy planning and administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and a minimum of five to seven years of previous experience.
- Pediatric experience highly preferred.
- Previous PT leadership/program development/supervisory experience highly preferred.
- State of MA PT licensure.
