About the Job
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Treatment Support Technician 2 at Gateway Rehab. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in supporting patients through their recovery journey.

Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating group discussions, monitoring patient behavior, and providing administrative support. You will work closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless communication and effective treatment planning.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of recovery principles and be able to demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will interact regularly with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 annually, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide direct support to patients through group facilitation and one-on-one interactions.
