We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Fine Dining Server to join our team at the Choctaw Resort Development Enterprise. As a key member of our dining team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to restaurant customers, adhering to venue standards.
- Take and fill food and drink orders, and maintain a clean and neat dining area.
- Comply with all health and safety standards, regulations, and applicable laws and ordinances.
- Monitor customer needs and ensure all requests are promptly fulfilled.
- Maintain a good working relationship with restaurant staff and provide daily communications to ensure a smoothly run operation.
- Assist with maintenance and cleanliness duties as necessary.
- 21 years of age or above.
- Gaming property - Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Choctaw Gaming Commission.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- One (1) year of previous fine dining experience preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of wines and liquors preferred.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
- Must be Serv-Safe certified or certifiable within 180 days.
- Must be C.A.R.E. (Controlling Alcohol Risks Effectively) certified before starting work.
The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with moderate to high noise levels. You will be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
