Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Fine Dining Server to join our team at the Choctaw Resort Development Enterprise. As a server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to restaurant customers in accordance with venue standards.
  • Perform necessary tasks to service customers, including taking and filling food and drink orders and maintaining the dining area in a clean and neat manner.
  • Comply with all health and safety standards, as well as applicable beverage, federal, state, and local laws and ordinances.
  • Monitor customer needs and ensure that all requests are fulfilled promptly.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with the Restaurant Manager, Food Shift Supervisors, Food and Beverages Leaders, and other coworkers to produce a smoothly run operation.
  • Assist other restaurant personnel with maintenance and cleanliness as necessary.
  • Be responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.

Requirements

  • 21 years of age or above.
  • Gaming property: Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Choctaw Gaming Commission.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • One year of previous fine dining experience preferred.
  • Experience and knowledge of wines and liquors preferred.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
  • Must be Serv-Safe certified or certifiable within 180 days.
  • Must be C.A.R.E. (Controlling Alcohol Risks Effectively) certified before starting work.

Working Conditions

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • When on the casino floor, the noise level increases to loud.
  • When on the casino floor or other designated areas, may be subjected to tobacco smoke.
