Position Overview: Northwestern College is seeking applications for a full-time faculty role in the Business and Economics Department. This position is open to candidates from a variety of fields, including but not limited to Accounting, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, and Project Management.

Teaching Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be expected to teach a total of 24 credit hours per academic year, typically comprising three courses each semester. In addition to teaching, faculty members are anticipated to engage in scholarly activities and contribute to departmental service.

Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a master's degree or higher in their area of expertise and demonstrate effective teaching capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications: A doctoral degree in the relevant field is preferred. Experience in higher education and a significant background in the discipline will be advantageous. A strong commitment to in-person undergraduate teaching and mentoring is essential.
