Overview

Mission Regional Medical Center, a member of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as a GME Core Faculty member. As a key member of our residency program, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare by mentoring and educating the next generation of physicians.

Responsibilities

  • Support the general administration, curriculum planning, recruitment, and teaching and supervision of the ACGME Residency Program.
  • Collaborate with program leadership to develop, implement, and assess curriculum, mentor residents, and evaluate their progress.
  • Provide clinical teaching and supervision of residents, as well as participate in non-clinical activities related to resident education and program administration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Education required.
  • Current AMA certification in a specialty and years' experience in Graduate Medical Education or Medical School Administration strongly preferred.
  • Experience with New Innovations or similar residency management system preferred.
