Job Summary
The Part-Time Member Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, processing transactions, and assisting with new account openings and loan applications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and is looking to join a dynamic and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, and assist with new account openings and loan applications.
- Conduct member interviews to understand their financial needs and provide recommendations for products and services that meet those needs.
- Ensure that all member interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner, and that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals, and to provide a positive member experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum two years of prior banking or customer service experience preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
