Job Responsibilities

  • Business Growth: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, including marketing, finance, and operational initiatives
  • Client Experience: Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalized care, effective communication, and timely follow-up
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop staff members to achieve their full potential and drive team success
Requirements
  • DVM degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lead Veterinarian or similar role
  • Proven track record of success in clinical leadership, business growth, and team development
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and management skills
Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
